The eight-piece Harbor Jazz Ensemble plays recognizable and engaging jazz classics from the swing era, blues, and pop music - all in big band style.
Smaller than a typical "big band," yet preserving a big band sound, Harbor Jazz Ensemble uses arrangements that showcase harmonies by five horn players, as well as featured solos, and rhythm section of piano, bass guitar and drums. The band often includes a vocalist.
